My Community Advisors provides Medicare and ACA health insurance consultation and enrollment assistance. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
